Very homely feel to the area, the owners have without a doubt worked hard on this place and the management is very helpful as well as they are friendly. The rooms are neatly placed together and clean, The suites have new beds, furniture, and clean bathrooms. The floors look amazing and match really well with the tables. It is a great place to be when you get off of work, the only real traffic around is from the highway, and its not surrounded by other businesses, the view is nice, fresh air, and not a lot of buildings clogging up the area, plus it is not very far if your looking for a gas station or other stores. I have to say this is one of the best motel's I've stayed in, and I strongly suggest staying here to everybody! 5 Stars all the way! Thank you guys! William.
Highly recommend this little place rooms are very clean and the price great we was traveling though having problems with are car the nice people there blessed us to have a place to stay for nothing they are not to many people in this world that cares about people they Sure do

I stayed at this motel for a week. It's employees are friendly and helpful. It's a very quiet and clean motel. Bathtubs are always a must ! Lots of hot hot water. Lots of parking clean parking lot.
We stayed at the American Inn while working in Dermott for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The couple in charge of the hotel were very friendly and considerate. You can’t beat the price for the stay, it was an excellent experience.
This place has really done an awesome makeover on this place. Cleaner, new linens, quiet, and very friendly. I'll always come back!!! Great prices too.
Competitive prices, very clean warm rooms with amazing water temperature & pressure. Freshly brewed coffee when you wake up and honest smiling faces eager to help you in the right direction. Most importantly, the owners honor God through their work and interactions with customers. When your bed is made with love, you just sleep better.
Newly remodeled and they have the lowest rates around. Clean rooms and easy access off highway with town only few miles away.
The people who owns this motel are very friendly they helped us have a warm place to stay on and travels I just want to say thank you to them rooms was really nice once again thank you very much you should definitely stay here
